A refund or exchange will only be made upon receipt of the return package. Postage costs are not refundable and you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods. Please note that return packages are now your responsibility and we are not responsible for any loss. We therefore strongly recommend sending using the Express option with signature and insurance for jewelry over $ 100. Only items not worn and returned in their original packaging will be accepted.
