Return & Exchange Policy

CUSTOM MADE & PERSONALIZED JEWELRY
As each custom piece is created specifically to your preferences and specifications, fully custom and personalized jewelry is final sale and is not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
READY TO SHIP // Engagement Rings
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unworn items, in their original condition, and returned in their original packaging.
For a return, a $150 restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
For an exchange, any difference in value between the original piece and the new piece will be refunded or charged, as applicable.
Rings must be returned in the same original size listed on the product page and in the same condition as originally shipped, with no resizing or alterations such as engraving. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
If you're unsure of your partner's ring size or even their style, we recommend ordering one of the rings available in the READY TO SHIP // Engagement Rings section, as we offer more flexibility for returns and exchanges.
If the ring size isn't right but you decide to keep it, we offer a complimentary first size adjustment. Please note that the customer is responsible for shipping costs both ways.
MADE TO ORDER // Engagement rings, Unisex bands & Wedding bands
Since all rings in these sections are made to order according to your preferences, including ring size, gold color, and stone color, they are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
If your ring size isn't quite right, we offer a complimentary first size adjustment to ensure a perfect fit. Please note that shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility in both ways. Contact us and we’ll be happy to guide you through the process.
JEWELRY // Sterling silver & Solid gold
For sterling silver and solid gold jewelry, returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery, excluding the engagement ring and wedding band collections. Items must be unworn, in their original condition, and returned in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
