For jewelry with manufacturing defects, please refer to the GARANTEE tab.

Unfortunately, we do not offer repair services for jewelry other than pieces from the Maksym collections.

For information about the repair process, contact us at info@maksymjoaillerie.com. Please tell us what is damaged and send us a photo of the jewelry. We will estimate the costs and provide you with details for mailing it in or booking an appointment to drop off the jewelry for repair.

CUSTOM JEWELRY

The company specializes in crafting gold and silver jewelry, as well as creating custom pieces. We would be happy to meet with you to discuss your project, either by appointment at the workshop, by video call, or by phone.

TRANSFORMATION

We can reuse stones from old jewelry to create something new and up to date. We can do this for an existing piece from our collection or create an entirely new custom piece. Certain conditions apply to melting down recycled gold. Contact us to discuss the possibilities available to you.

 

ENGRAVING

We offer engraving on several types of jewelry. Whether it’s a date, a name, a logo, or a drawing, we can engrave it inside or outside a ring, on a pendant, a bracelet, and more.
 


 

JEWELRY RESTORATION

Do your Maksym rings need a little love? You can send them to us for a deep cleaning of the stones, repolishing, and rhodium plating on white gold jewelry. A small fee will be charged for this service.

 

PLATING

Upon request, we can plate our silver or gold jewelry. We offer rhodium plating on white gold and 14k yellow gold plating with a thickness of 1 to 2.5 microns.
 
 
 

METALS

Our favorite materials are 14k yellow, white, and rose gold, as well as sterling silver. However, we can make our jewelry in 10k or 18k gold, “Super White” 19k white gold, and platinum upon request.
